Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how MITRA PetroERP Pro (“MITRA”) collects and uses information when a petrol pump registers for and uses the software. MITRA is a multi-pump accounting and operations system. Each pump’s records are kept separate.
1. Information we collect
- Pump name, address, and PIN code
- Owner name, mobile number, and email address
- GSTIN, if provided
- Books entered after login, including sales, credit, receipts, expenses, and employee records
- Login identity of the user who saves an entry
2. How we use it
- To register the pump and provide login
- To keep that pump’s accounts and daily operations
- To send WhatsApp or email only when that pump’s switch is on, such as a credit day summary or a payment receipt, to the mobile number or email saved on the record
- To provide support when the pump or Super Admin asks for it
3. Who can see it
Logged-in users of that pump see only their active pump. Super Admin can open a pump for support and administration only after the owner’s permission. One pump cannot view another pump’s books.
4. Where it is stored
Data is stored on the live application and its database, separated by pump. MITRA does not sell this information to advertisers or data brokers.
5. Correction and deletion
To correct or delete pump or owner information, contact Support Cell 97670 03737 or Super Admin. State the pump name and what should be corrected or removed. MITRA will update or delete the requested account data.
