Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of MITRA PetroERP Pro (“MITRA”). Submitting the registration form means the applicant accepts these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Registration
The registration form is a request to use MITRA. Login is not created until Super Admin approves the request.
2. Pump records
MITRA is provided pump by pump. Users see the books of the active pump only. Records of one pump are not available to another pump.
3. Users and passwords
The owner keeps login passwords confidential and adds staff. Entries saved by the pump’s users are the pump’s responsibility. MITRA records the user who saved the entry.
4. Subscription
Trial period and subscription plan are set by Super Admin. Use of the software follows the plan assigned to that pump.
5. Backup
MITRA runs an automatic encrypted cloud backup every night. The owner or Super Admin may also take a backup of that pump’s live data. The pump should keep its own copy before a major change.
6. Messages
WhatsApp and email are sent only when the pump’s switch for that message is on, and only to a mobile number or email saved on the customer or owner. The same entry is not sent again.
